My push target is not forwarding – what should I check?

Open your stream in the panel dashboard and go to the Push Targets section. There you can see the status of each configured target and any error messages. Common causes:



  • Incorrect or expired URL or stream key for the target
  • Push target is disabled
  • Codec incompatibility: H.265 or AV1 is not supported by the target platform or protocol – switch to H.264 in this case
  • Connection drop between relay and target – in this case the stream on the platform will also drop
