Codec: H.265 (HEVC) is

recommended – it delivers significantly better quality at the same
bitrate compared to H.264. Use H.264 or x264 only if performance
limitations or forwarding target requirements make it necessary.

SRT buffer: For OBS a maximum of 500 ms

is recommended. For mobile apps, 1,000–2,000 ms depending on connection
quality. The sensible maximum is 2,500 ms (= 4× RTT).

Bonding: Enable SRTLA bonding when you have multiple networks available – LTE + WiFi significantly increases stability.

Keep your stream key secret: Never share your stream key publicly. If it becomes known, delete the stream in the panel and create a new one.

Fair use: The service is free – please

use it fairly. Streams with elevated bitrate are fine as long as server
capacity allows. Permanently running automated streams without prior
agreement are not permitted.
