Bitrate too high for available upload bandwidth: Reduce the bitrate in OBS or your app
High packet loss: Check the packet loss statistics in the panel. Above 5% is critical
SRT buffer too small: Increase the buffer, but keep it at 2500 ms maximum
Network congestion: Avoid parallel downloads or other bandwidth-intensive applications
