If you need help, have technical problems or want to give feedback, you can create a support ticket directly from the panel.



  1. Navigate to Support Tickets in the panel.
  2. Click "Create new ticket".
  3. Select an appropriate category.
  4. Describe your issue in as much detail as possible.
  5. Submit the ticket.


Important when contacting via email or the support centre:
The email address you use must match the email address stored in your
profile so that the request can be assigned to your account.
