If you need help, have technical problems or want to give feedback, you can create a support ticket directly from the panel.
- Navigate to Support Tickets in the panel.
- Click "Create new ticket".
- Select an appropriate category.
- Describe your issue in as much detail as possible.
- Submit the ticket.
Important when contacting via email or the support centre:
The email address you use must match the email address stored in your
profile so that the request can be assigned to your account.
